For any of you who know David and Jennifer you know one of the only things they love almost as much as their girls is a good walk/run and golf. In that vain The Coach Luby Foundation is going to have it’s first annual Pumpkin Bread Bolt on Saturday November 27th at Fairway Hills Golf Course. Fairway Hills is a golf course that David played hundreds of times (if you count how many times he and his brother snuck on the course from their backyard in Running Brook) so we thought this would be a great place to have this event. We also know that races such as this on Thanksgiving weekend are usually called Turkey Trots, but if you have ever had a party or spent any time with the Lubitz family from November through February you’ll know how important pumpkin bread is to any of those meals.
The event will be he held on Saturday November 27th at Fairway Hills Golf Course. You’ll be able to arrive any time after 8:15 with the race starting at 9:00. Cost for the event will be $25.00 per person in advance and $30 if you pay the day of the race. Food and other goodies will be provided and they’ll be prizes for the fastest of our runners, and for those of you who are out of shape like me or just enjoy a nice walk as opposed to a run we’d love to have you as well. Hope to see you there !!!!!!
